This is the story of Raymond Nonatus!
“Everybody Loves Raymond!”

Patron of Creativity and the Unborn;
Invoked when Searching for Life’s Silver Linings!

Raymond’s story took place long ago. Raymond was a unique individual who survived many trials and tribulations. His mother died before he was born so many praise Raymond as the Patron Saint of the Unborn. SfS notes that Raymond always managed to make unpleasant situations better. His last name, Nonatus, literally means “not born” but Raymond had the last laugh about that; he was born and he lived a great life! Raymond was known as a miracle worker who could make sunshine out of a rainy day. No one could stop Raymond’s momentous life. Raymond traveled to Algeria and took the job of buying back Christian slaves. When he ran out of money, he offered up his life to help others become free. In jail, the Moors had to lock his mouth shut because his engaging spirit and personality had the effect of converting many to Christianity. The Moors finally just set him free. Raymond went home and was made a Cardinal. When life’s dreary situations cause a frown, ask Saint Raymond to come on down! @2005
