Brand New Card Design ~ A Surprising Dilemma, First Ever Survey & Photographs of Our Friend Edie McClurg of “Ferris Beuller’s Day Off” Fame
NEW CARD DESIGN DONE!
Hello! We’ve completed the new card design for our hand-painted saint medals. The “greeting card/story” of the saint is much smaller, with all the content intact. The first saints to be mailed in the new design are Saints Rocco, patron invoked against viruses, Kevin of Glendalough, patron of talking animals, and Charles Borromeo, our patron invoked against ulcers, stomach disorders and Crohn's Disease. In fact, sending Saint Charles is a bit of a surprise because he doesn’t get out into the world much. We’re happy to send him though since he offers great protections!
OUR DILEMMA & THUS OUR FIRST EVER SURVEY/POLL
We have posted a few new pictures lately. One of them is a photo of “Christy,” a lady we now know very well. She is at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival wearing one of our hand painted saint medals. The picture is terrific, but it helped create a controversy on our Facebook SaintsforSinners page. Some people noted that Christy was not wearing mask in the picture and they found that irritating but that’s because we took the picture long ago, from the “Pre-Covid Days.”
