Our Trip to Avignon, 2025

The Pope's (Former) Palace

So, We are Sending Out Postcards Again!

Today is our first trip Avignon, France, for 2025

We'll be visiting the beautiful French City

that was once the Pope's Palace, until

Saint Cathrine of Siena convinced the

Papacy to Return to Rome, way back in

In 1376, or maybe it was 1377....

Afterwards, Saint Catherine lived in Rome from 1378,

until she died of mysterious causes, years later.

It must have taken a year or longer for the Pope to move away....

Because they didn't have Pods, UHauls or

18 Wheelers for transport back in those days.

Also,"Mr. Overnight,"

Jeff Bozo, nor DHL

were not in charge of deliveries....

Some of the people in Avignon

are still a bit disgruntled

about the Papacy leaving ...

Or, so we're told.

Anyway ....

We are mailing out

a few postcards while we're in Avignon today.

So, we just randomly picked

a few of our customers and

we'll be sending something to:

1.

Christina in Winchester, Tennessee,

who ordered Saint Christopher yesterday,

Christopher is the Patron Saint

Invoked for Safe Travel,

and

2.

K. Callahan in Dallas,

who bought some hand-painted Saint Roccos,

the patron of dogs, dog lovers and who is

one of the saints invoked against viruses, and

3.

Finally, Jeannie in

Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, who

ordered some hand-painted saint medal packages too.

We will keep sending out the

International Postcards

while we are away.

If you'd like one,

simply place an order!

Or .... if you're a regular customer,

just reply to this email and

be sure to include your address!

We'll put you at the top of our list of

folks to send a card and note.

It's Fun!

These summer newsletters will be shorter,

because I'm not highly skilled with

digitals, graphics and the other gadgets

Lauren and Adam can expertly use to

make the Newsletters look fancy.

I do know how to send out postcards though,

as many of you can confirm!

That's all I've got!

Thanks for reading to the bottom line!
