Sacred Heart of Jesus & Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque

Sacred Heart of Jesus & Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque!
Patroness of those seeking stronger Faith
Invoked for Love, Mercy, Grace, Sanctity, and Salvation
Feast Day: June 28

This is the story of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Its story took place long ago. In 1647, Margaret Mary Alacoque was born an invalid in Paray le Monial, France. She suffered greatly but when she was 17 years old she was cured by the Blessed Virgin Mary. Margaret Mary became a nun and when she was 19, Jesus appeared to her. He showed her his Sacred Heart in several visions. He revealed that the flames around the heart represented Jesus’ burning love for all people, including the “sinners” as well as those more “saintly.” The crown of thorns represented the sacrifices He made on the cross for all of us so that our sins would be forgiven. In Jesus’ Sacred Heart are the blessings of grace, peace, consolation, refuge, mercy, faith, love, mercy, grace, sanctity, and salvation. Those who venerate the Sacred Heart of Jesus and proudly display it shall enjoy special benefit. By revering and showing the Sacred Heart to all, many blessing and graces shall be bestowed. Wear the Sacred Heart of Jesus to proudly show your love of Jesus to all who see you wearing it. Special blessings and graces will pour forward to you and those you love. @2004
