Christmas Review of Orders Sent, Sharing Some of Our News and Celebrating the Paton Saint of Friendship & Loyalty

We hope you all had a Merry Christmas and that the 2020 New Year is one of the very best for all!

Saint John the Apostle, Saint of the Day!

Today we celebrate the life of Saint John the Apostle, the great friend of Jesus and the lone Apostle who loyally stood by him throughout his entire life. No wonder he is classified and known as the Patron of Friendship. We say Saint John is also the patron of loyalty too.

We like the story of Saint John the Apostle being aboard a ship and converting seawater by eliminating its salt, thus allowing the water to be used by everyone aboard. It seems Saint John is needed, more than ever, to help with water purification throughout the world!

In celebration of Saint John the Apostle if you place an order today (12.27.19) we will send you a Saint John the Apostle medal package, along with whatever else you order! And, if you order Saint John the Apostle we will mail you two Saint John the Apostle medals.

OUR CHRISTMAS REPORT:

We did not do everything right again this year. So, we, unfortunately, have a perfect record of making some kind of mistake with the shipping of Christmas gifts. It gets so hectic and we try! One of the orders got sent to an address the buyer mistakenly provided. I think he forgot he moved! Another of the mistakes was that we sent Saint John Henry Newman instead of Saint John Neumann to someone. And I think there was another minor mistake but I can’t remember what it was. I do know we have resolved the problems though. So, we were pretty close to having a perfect mail delivery year. Maybe 2020 will be the year we do everything right!

THE BIG NEWS!

We are almost ready to share our big news which we have been promising to do forever it seems. I’ll tell you part of the story: We have entered into an arrangement with a nationwide distribution company that loves our product and will be helping us get our hand-painted saint medals in stores throughout the country, beginning in January! So, we are very excited that we will be able to offer our saint medals in more stores near you so you can look and see the many different designs we offer.  We will provide more news about this just as soon as we can.

REQUESTING A SMALL FAVOR!

If you visit a local bookstore in your area, please ask them to start selling the SaintsforSinners.com hand-painted saint medals! That should help the distributor’s sales reps that will soon be bringing our medals in and asking the store if they will start selling SaintsforSinners medals.

NEW PLANS:

1.

We will be visiting with various schools in efforts to help the schools raise money by offering our medals. It will be a nice way to expose our designs to more people and generate interest. We can even paint and design the medals in school colors. So, if you know of a school that needs funds, please contact us and we will contact the school to see if we can help. Of course, the local schools are going to be the first ones we contact but we can try and help any school in any town with their fund raising efforts

2.

Our saint medals are selling and popular at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC. If you are from the DC area or know anyone in DC send him or her over to the Basilica to see our display and snap a picture for us!

Our hand-painted saint medals are stocked in Crowley, Louisiana at Louisiana Church Interiors located at 1307 North Parkerson Avenue. The staff at Louisiana Church Interiors has even redesigned our saint medal display. We might start copying their presentation because it sounds like it is like our medal display at Paperwhite Stationery in Baton Rouge, where our medals are selling briskly.

3.

The Who's Your Saint Quizzes are all completely up-to-date and we think we will be able to provide suggestions very quickly most days. If you know someone who may need some guidance from a saint, tell them about our quiz and we will try and find the perfect saint for any occasion!

That’s all for this newsletter. If you’d like to unsubscribe, there is a button at the bottom of the page, so it will take you around 5 seconds to unsubscribe. We will be sorry to see you go but we also know that we all get so many emails it’s hard to stay up-to-date. If you do unsubscribe, remember you can always check out our blog, “rob’s corner,” at the top right hand corner of the SaintsforSinners.com Home Page. Most, if not all of our newsletters are on the blog now. We may need to do some editing but they are all there for you to review!

Finally, one last thing for the bottom line readers: www.TheresSomethingAboutMarys.com is back, venerating “All Those Named Mary!” Take a look and see the offer in the right and left hand corners of the Home Page.
