I have also located some new saints and their medals that I’ve never seen before! Some have been around for a hundred years or more. Their medals are beautifully aged. Where have they been? Who have they helped? It's all an "Unsolved Wonderful Mystery." Once we pass them around they're not vintage any longer, we breathe now life into their story!

We’ve added alternative options to the web site too. In earlier days, some will remember we sent out hand-written postcards to everyone on the mailing list. We simply can’t afford to both physically or financially continue that endeavor any longer. We’re delighted our mailing list is just way too long now.

Franco has created beautiful new hand-painted medals of the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary. They are available to order now, but they will not be mailed until I get back home to New Orleans. I’m going to add some sort of trinket from Rome to these orders. I am going to Rome for a few days next week.

Today we celebrate the life of Saint John the Apostle, the great friend of Jesus and the lone Apostle who loyally stood by him throughout his entire life. No wonder he is classified and known as the Patron of Friendship. We say Saint John is also the patron of loyalty too.

We have recently seen an increase in interest at SaintsforSinners for our Flood Medal Crosses (pictured above). These crosses have medals that were either recovered from after Hurricane Katrina, or medals that didn't quite make it through final inspection to sell. We are so excited that you like them!

October 4th is the Feast Day of Saint Francis of Assisi, well known and revered as the patron saint of animal lovers and ecologists. He was canonized as a saint by in 1228 by Pope Gregory IX.
