PLUS, UPDATES FROM FRANCE & ANNOUNCING THAT OUR TRIP TO ROME HAS BEEN SCHEDULED!

More news about that coming soon on Facebook and Instagram.

FIRST, other News and Announcements:

We’ve discovered several new saint medals and we also located vintage saint medallions that seem to be maybe 100 years old?! We are studying the designs now.

ALL YOUR ORDERS ARE ON THEIR WAY!

Sheffy, Tara and the crafters have been busy in New Orleans, and all your orders are out of the Studio and “In Transit.” So, if you placed an order recently, thank you. Your medal package is on its way to you. Contact us if you have questions.

· Victoria has already begun painting the Saint Gens, (patron of rain and invoked against drought) medals we found recently, and they will be available very soon. We appreciated your comments about the last Newsletter of “The Boys with the Traveling Saint Gens Statue.” The celebratory weekend of Saint Gens in the small towns of Menteux and Beaucet was truly a story that wrote itself. What an incredible experience!

· Saint Odile or Odilia will soon be joining our line-up of available saints. She protects eyesight, is the patron of the blind, and her story is visionary in every way. We can’t wait to begin sharing Saint Odilia! Once we practice and figure out how to paint Saint Odilia’s medal, we will be offering some designs to WRBH Radio for the Blind and Reading Impaired.

· THE MOVIE “WILDCAT” JESUITICAL

This is exciting for us!

We – SaintsforSinners - will be a sponsor, for America Media’s “Jesuitical” with Zac Davis and Ashley McKinless. Zac and Ashley’s Jesuitical Podast is a very popular and draws in a younger audience.

The latest episode drops on Friday, June 7, 2024. We joined in because we are huge fans of the author Fannery O’Connor, and Ethan Hawke ("Dead Poet's Society").

Yes, a Tribute to the intrepid author Flannery O’Connor is finally on its way. Ethan Hawke’s film, “WILDCAT,” skillfully delves into the life of Flannery O’Connor. It stars his daughter, the actress Maya Thurman Hawke, perhaps best known as the star of “Stranger Things” and the daughter of Uma Thurman. Joining his daughter Maya in the film are the actors Laura Linney and Steve Zahn.

Zac and Ashley will be interviewing director Ethan Hawke, who will discuss Wildcat. The movie makes a brave attempt at dissecting the life and times of author Flannery O’Connor. Writer Petrana Radulvic reviewed Wildcat and suggested the movie is a Trinity of sorts.

The story beautifully blends biography of O’Connor. Radulvic queries whether Hawke has created a movie, an autobiography, or is more so, actually a visceral therapy session? It might take a couple viewings to possibly figure that out or make your own interpretation.

There’s a transcendence offered that is practically beyond the grasp of the human mind.

We’re happy to be sponsoring content on Jesuitical that’s worthy of careful thought and reflection. Please listen to Zac, Ashley, and Ethan and let us know how we did with our advertisement on America Media and Jesuitical.

We’ll be talking more about our trip to Rome soon. For now, though, we just wanted to quickly let you know about Friday’s Jesuitical, invite you to listen and advertise our advertisement. We’re happy to reach a point where we can support content rich, spiritually compelling programming.

"The Saints are the Sinners who Keep on Trying."

Robert Louis Stevenson

Thanks for reading to the bottom line
