Ā Ā Ā So, here is our short story aboutĀ Brigid or Bridgit or BridgetĀ or .... it's hard to spell her name because there are so many variations. We are offering 2 for 1 medals today. Ā Ā Ā Saint Bridget of Irelandāsometimes referred to asĀ āBrigid of Kildareāāis one of Irelandās patron saints. Because of her storied travels, Bridget has been designated the patroness of boatmen, travelers, mariners and sailors. And chicken farmers. We do not know why!
